For the binding reservation we ask for a deposit of: EUR 150, - per person.

The deposit can be made as follows:
by bank transfer in euro payments (free of charge for the recipient - accruing bank expenses are not covered by the hotel).

The arrival
is possible every day.
CHECK-IN FROM: 2 p.m.
CHECK-OUT UNTIL 10 a.m.
If you arrive after 8 p.m., we ask you to inform us by phone, e-mail or fax.

Single room:
Surcharge EUR 10.00 per day.

Children's discount:
in the parents' room up to 3 years free, 4 - 7 years 50%, 8 - 13 years 25%.

Short stay:
Short stay surcharge up to and including 3 days EUR 5.00 per person / day.

Means of payment:
The room bill can be paid in cash, with an EC card or with a credit card (Euro, Visa card).

Dogs:
We charge EUR 10.00 per day for your dog (without food).

Cancellations
are only valid in writing, by fax or by e-mail. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain EUR 100.00 of your deposit as a processing fee.
In the event of cancellation , the general provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. For cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price, up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price. Cancellations in the last week before the arrival date incur 90% of the total price of cancellation fees.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. All necessary details can be found in the link on our homepage.
